Bounties should display the FT value being requested/claimed.

In the example in the link, a bounty is being claimed, but the proposal does not display the amount of the bounty.
The proposal on chain also only shows the bounty ID, so it would be very helpful for the UI to show the value of that bounty ID on the proposal card.
