On the details page for any DAO action I can see which DAOs use it but I can't see the times it was successfully run.

I'd like a table under the template card that has the Date, DAO, proposal, and transaction (linking to an explorer).

It would make investigating a DAO action much faster to figure out if I wanted to run it.

I would also like comments so that people who have run the action can say what went well or bad when they ran it.
