Via Bharath: can we create a template proposal without actually creating a proposal? I want to create a few templates for folks to easily create proposals, but it looks like i need to raise a proposal each time i want to create a template. is there a workaround?

Via Chloe: Generally I have a "research" DAO on mainnet that I use for testing proposals and then if it works I can create the template to be added to any DAO I am a member on 👌🏽. Being able to just go create and save templates with greater efficiency would be helpful imo.
