When removing a proposal as spam, the UI doesn't seem to recognize this on chain update and it takes a considerable amount of time to be able to make any more DAO setting changes after this.

Simple workaround is to just down vote the proposal instead, but this fact makes it so that the UI for a DAO is largely unusable if a config proposal is being thrown away as spam.
